Fountainside Restaurant Baseball Giveaway – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. Eligibility
 The Fountainside Restaurant Baseball Memorabilia Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

2. Entry Period
 The Giveaway consists of four (4) weekly entry periods. Each entry period begins on Friday and ends on Thursday at 11:59 PM EST.

3. How to Enter
 To enter each weekly giveaway:

  • Follow Fountainside Restaurant on the designated social platform

  • Like the official giveaway post

  • Tag two (2) individuals in the comments

Each tagged comment counts as one (1) entry. Participants may enter multiple times by tagging different individuals.

4. Winner Selection & Notification
 One (1) winner will be selected at random each week from all eligible entries. Winners will be announced on Fountainside Restaurant’s social media page every Friday.

Winners will be contacted via direct message and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize.

5. Prize
 Each winner will receive one (1) bundle of baseball memorabilia. Prize details will be announced weekly. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

6. Prize Pickup
 All prizes must be picked up in person at Fountainside Restaurant.

  • Valid photo ID required

  • Prize must be claimed within 14 days of winner confirmation

  • Failure to claim within this timeframe may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner

7. General Conditions
 Fountainside Restaurant reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if necessary. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

8. Release & Disclaimer
 This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any professional baseball organization, including but not limited to Major League Baseball, or related entities.

Participants release Fountainside Restaurant from any liability related to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of any prize.

9. Privacy
 Any personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this Giveaway and will not be sold or shared.
